A scheduled water outage that will affect residents on Green Avenue, Second Street, and Third Street is scheduled for Dec. 6. It will last from 9 am to 6 pm.
The city's water department will be making repairs on to a broken water line. They will need to temporarily shut down water service while they complete the work. Once the work has been performed, the water service will be restored.
Residents in the following areas will be affected:
- 100-200 block of West Green Avenue
- 500-600 block of South Second Street
- 604 and 606 of South Third Street
Surrounding areas may experience low water pressure.
