Due to COVID-19 issues, the City of Gallup Solid Waste Department has made the following changes.
The Ford Canyon Park recycling drop off point (908 E. Buena Vista) has been closed until further notice and the Larry Brian Mitchell Recreation Center (701 Montoya Blvd.) and RSWA Transfer Station recycling drop off (107 Hasler Valley Rd.) will remain open, accepting cardboard and aluminum only.
Hours for the Larry Brian Mitchell Recreation Center are now Monday through Saturday 9 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm.
The RSWA Transfer Station will be open Monday through Saturday from 7 am - 4:30 pm.
