A scheduled water outage that will affect parts of Coal and Aztec Avenues will take place on Jan. 17 from 8 am to 5 pm.
The outage will affect City of Gallup Water customers in the following areas:
- 700-1000 block of West Coal Avenue
- 950 West Aztec Avenue
The city's water department will be making repairs to a broken water line in the area. They will need to temporarily shut down water service while they complete the work. Once the work has been performed, the water service will be restored.
Surrounding areas may experience low water pressure.
