Pet of the Week: Meet Whiskey!

E-mail Print PDF

Whiskey is a 4-year-old cattle dog mix who is looking for her new best friend. Whiskey wants to be with her person as much as possible and is anxious in new situations, but not destructive. Like many working dogs, Whiskey has almost boundless energy and needs lots of exercise and stimulation.

Whiskey is very agile, she can jump a four foot french, so she will need a home with a strong six-foot fence that she won’t be able to scale.

She has a strong prey-drive, so she should not be in a home with cats, small dogs, or other small animals.

To learn more about Whiskey, fill out an application online at blackhathumanesociety.com and email her foster parents at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
