A Church Rock male had reportedly passed out at the wheel outside a local restaurant. The male, Orlando Williams, 30, was met by police and eventually charged with the latest in a laundry list of DWIs.

Officer Charlie Watkins was dispatched to McDonald’s North, 700 U.S. Hwy. 491, in reference to a welfare check on the driver of a white Nissan Altima. Watkins arrived at the scene and other officers at the scene advised him that the suspect vehicle was seen in the drive-thru lane. He pulled behind the vehicle and activated his unit’s emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop.

A man named Koby Delgarito, from Thoreau, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a shooting at a local McDonald's. Gallup Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who is believed to also have been involved in the shooting.

Officers were dispatched to the McDonald's at 2009 W. Hwy. 66 March 6 around 7:15 pm after a restaurant employee was allegedly assaulted with a firearm. The suspect was reportedly still st the scene.

The Gallup Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating Brian Johnson, 35, Taylor Milford, 28, and Anika Johnson, 1, all of Gallup.  They were last seen Feb. 25, around 7 pm in the parking lot of Home Depot, 530 Kachina St. They are believed to be traveling in a 2006 beige Chevy Blazer with a fictitious New Mexico chili license plate of AFSW391.  Their destination is not known.

Brian is five foot and seven inches tall. He weighs about 182 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his neck and forearms. He was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a San Francisco cap, and black tennis shoes.

One arrested in teen's murder

Police have arrested one man for the recent murder of a 15-year-old boy.

Gallup Police Officers were called to Ford Canyon Veterans Memorial Park, 908 E. Buena Vista Ave., Feb. 17 around 4:30 pm. Park visitors reported that a person had been shot. Officers found Teagan Morgan, 15, of Gallup behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Morgan was unconscious. Officers administered CPR and he was transported by emergency medical personnel to a local hospital, where he later died.
