Gallup Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man named Isaac Dominguez.
Dominguez is five feet and eight inches tall, and weighs about 150 pounds. He is 37 years old.
He has an open District Court Warrant with Nationwide extradition for failure to comply on the original charges of first degree murder (willful and deliberate), second degree murder, and receipt, transportation or possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon.
