One man was arrested after he allegedly burglarized the Gallup-McKinley County Humane Society.

On Sept. 29, around 8 am, Gallup Police officers were dispatched to the humane society, 1273 Balok St., after an employee called Metro Dispatch and reported that someone had broken into the business.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they noticed that there were damages to the bathroom and front desk area. A vault was also allegedly stolen. According a press release published on Sept. 30, the vault contained controlled substances that are used to sedate animals.

A surveillance video showed two individuals getting out of a vehicle and then using force to get into the business.

According to the press release, officers found a man named Terry Radosevich at the residence. Radosevich, 24, was arrested for conspiracy, burglary, criminal damage to property, and larceny.
