When the team captain got hurt during the Aug. 27 game against Thoreau, she took over the team and motivated them to win.

Haley really took charge of the girls’ team at the last meet. A couple of girls had not run a race before and Haley coached and encouraged them. She led the girls’ team during the race and came in first for Ramah.
