Rescue group asks for public’s help in finding blind dog

Print

Rasha, an 8-year-old, neutered and blind Husky went missing from his foster home on north McKinley Street in Gallup Feb. 20. The non-profit, New Mexico Dog, based in Albuquerque, has spearheaded search efforts.

Rasha is microchipped and was wearing a red collar, but no ID tags. He is mostly white with a bit of red in his fur and has two blue eyes. He was recently rescued and is not familiar with the area at all.

There are many people very worried about Rasha’s safety out on his own, and we are desperately seeking info on his whereabouts. There is a $1,000 reward for the safe return of Rasha, no questions asked.

If you might know where Rasha is, or might have seen him wondering around town, please call the numbers listed in the flyer as soon as possible.
