Electric crews are out this morning addressing new and ongoing power outages.

Shiprock crews say there are several downed poles that need replacement. Power is out in Shiprock, south to Sheepsprings, Toadlena, Newcomb, and Burnham.

Isolated outages have been reported in:

• Crystal/Narbona Pass

• Hunters points

• Montezuma Creek, Desert Creek

• Red Mesa South area/Sweetwater

• Nenahenzad Pipeline Road area (SR)

• Beclabeto area ½ W of Store, hse 272

• Ganado Lake area

There are ongoing outages in Ojo Amarillo and the NAPI area; Dennehotso.

A major outage on the APS side affecting the Bitahochee substation has been reported along with a power outage in Indian Wells, Dilkon, Lower Greasewood and Jeddito.

An ongoing outage has been reported from Tsegi to Shonto Jct., Inscription House, Kaibeto, Red Lake, Tonalea, Coalmine Mesa, Preston Mesa and surrounding areas as well as the area west of Lechee, including the Coppermine and Gap areas. That outage point is on the APS side of the power line.

Additional ongoing power outages are listed at SE Pinon, Many Farms, from Tsaile to Wheatfields, and the Nazlini area.

In all cases, crews have been dispatched to locate the outage points and make repairs. It is not known when power will be restored to these areas.
