Law enforcement is asking for the public's help in finding the person or persons responsible for a series of fires that damaged several buildings in Naschitti, N.M., on the Navajo Nation, this week.
The fires, which occurred Aug. 19 to 21, damaged a church, a convenience store, and three vacant houses.
Nobody was injured.
The FBI, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety, and the San Juan County Fire Department are investigating.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (505) 889-1300 or online at tips.fbi.gov.
