Miyamura Football hosts Bloomfield High in a Bittersweet Contest

The Miyamura Patriots coasted by the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats in Friday night action at Angelo DiPaolo Memorial Stadium in Gallup.

It was a bittersweet game played in front of a home crowd who tragically lost a member of the Miyamura High School staff, Lisa Romero-Muniz to the horrific shooting that happened in Las Vegas over a week ago. A moment of silence and a performance by The Tigerettes paid respects to Romero-Muniz before play Friday night.
