Habitual offender found dead in local motel

Waylon Radosevich of Gallup was found dead in Room 111 at Americas Best Value Inn Jan. 13.

An employee discovered his body sometime around 11:30 am.

Harvey had just been in an accident when Deputy Lorenzo Guerrero of the McKinley County Sheriff’s Office DWI Unit approached him on the east side of State Hwy 602.

Harvey, 50, admitted to having “a couple of shots in Gallup” and was on his way home to what it appears to be Bread Springs from the deputy’s report.

He blew a .22/.21 and was also charged with reckless driving and for driving with a suspended license.

Jordan Torrez was spotted by a witness who said that he tried to order food from the north side Sonic drive through window during the 4 am hour. The fast food joint was closed.

According to Gallup Police Department Officer Martin Luke’s report, a witness watched Torrez, 24, pull on the front door and enter the business. As Torrez left the building, he was approached by Luke and tried to walk off, but he dropped a 59-ounce Minute Maid orange juice container.

Emmanuel Tsosie of Blue Gap, Ariz. faces charges for aggravated battery and DWI for some late night, drunken antics. It appears that jealousy motivated him to throw a can of beer at his friend, leaving a laceration, as they partied at Motel 6 on west Hwy 66.

Tsosie, 27, then reportedly chased his girlfriend, who dived over the front desk counter at the motel, prompting a worker to call the police. The woman said he accused of her of cheating with the man he nailed in the head with a beer. 2nd DWI, Aggravated

Henry didn’t stand a chance of getting away from this DWI. He was involved in an accident at 911 E. Green St., and fled to Duke City at 1512 E. Hwy 66.

His silver-colored Toyota Camry had sustained heavy front end damage and both the driver and passenger airbags had been deployed. Gallup Police Department Joe Roanhorse noticed an empty bottle of Yukon Jack in the passenger seat. Henry, 41, readily admitted to drinking and upon the breath test he blew a .24/.26.
