Gallup Police narcotics agents and detectives executed a search warrant at approximately 3 pm May 21 at 107 Morgan Circle in reference to an investigation of possible narcotics trafficking. Agents recovered heroin from the residence. Chantala Diaz, 27, and Janice Diaz-Garcia, 45, both of Gallup, were arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including child abuse, possession of heroin and methamphetamine.
