Police are seeking the public's help in locating the suspect
UPDATE: Richard Johns Jr., 46, has been identified as the man who allegedly robbed Washington Federal Bank Tuesday afternoon. Johns whereabouts are unknown at this time, possible locations are motels on the west side. Please do not approach, call police.
Shortly after 12:30 pm today, Gallup Police responded to a hold up alarm at Washington Federal Bank , 221 W. Aztec Ave. The robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a male, possibly Native American, wearing a black beanie, black jacket and black pants. The suspect left south bound from the location. If you have information, please call (505) 722-2002 or (505) 863-9365.
